Location: Budge Budge–Maheshtala, Kolkata, West Bengal

Experience: 5+ years

Salary: Open for discussion, based on last drawn CTC and candidate suitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and ledger maintenance using Tally/Odoo or other accounting software.

- Handle GST and TDS reconciliations, payments, and return filings.

- Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and verify bank charges.

- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for audits and statutory compliance.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist with financial statements.

- Verify purchase bills, follow up on outstanding customer payments, and maintain financial documentation.

- Manage bank guarantees and support other finance-related activities as assigned by the CFO.





Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

- Positive knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance.
-

- Proficiency in Tally and/or Odoo, along with MS Excel and MIS reporting.
-

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali are mandatory.

Work Location: Currently Budge Budge–Maheshtala, Kolkata. The office may relocate to Ballygunge, Kolkata, in 2027.
