Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Borivali. The Sales Associate will engage with walk-in and referred clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable real estate options. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, coordinating viewings, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and deals. The role involves preparing basic proposals, assisting in negotiations under guidance, and liaising with property owners, brokers, and internal team members to move transactions toward closure. The Sales Associate will also support marketing activities, respond to inquiries, and contribute to meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Candidates should possess strong client-facing and communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, such as lead follow-up, objection handling, and closing techniques appropriate for real estate transactions.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple property listings, client meetings, and documentation efficiently.
- Candidates should possess basic market research and analytical skills to understand local property trends, pricing, and competitive offerings.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with standard office and digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking systems) and be comfortable working with online property portals.
- Relevant experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or customer-facing roles in financial services or retail is beneficial.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- The ability to work in office in Borivali, including evenings or weekends as needed based on client availability, is required.
