Role Description This is a remote role for a Growth Specialist. In this position, the individual will identify and execute growth opportunities across digital channels, including user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives. Day-to-day activities include analyzing performance metrics, running experiments, and optimizing funnels to increase platform adoption and engagement. The Growth Specialist will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop data-informed strategies, craft compelling growth campaigns, and refine messaging. The role also involves managing small projects, coordinating timelines,



and providing clear communication to stakeholders on progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess Growth Hacking and Sales capabilities to drive user acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, experimentation, and performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-team efforts.
- Experience with digital marketing tactics, CRM tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) is beneficial.
- Proven ability to design and run A/B tests and to interpret quantitative and qualitative user feedback is an advantage.
- Background in SaaS, design tools, or technology startups is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
