Role Description The Telemarketing Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Dwarka. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing Aadya Infra Co.’s services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. Daily tasks include explaining project details, answering basic queries, recording customer information accurately, and scheduling follow-up calls or appointments. The Telemarketing Executive will maintain call logs and reports, meet call and conversion targets, and coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth handover of leads.



The role also includes gathering feedback from prospects and contributing suggestions to improve scripts and calling strategies.
Qualifications

- Ability to drive Lead Generation through outbound calling and follow-ups.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries professionally and build rapport.
- Basic to intermediate Sales skills, including persuasion, objection handling, and closing call objectives.
- Clear and confident Communication skills in English and local languages, with a polite and professional phone manner.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or call center operations is preferred.
- Comfort with using phones, CRM tools, and basic computer applications for recording and tracking leads.
- Ability to work on-site in Dwarka, meet daily targets, and manage time effectively.
- Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
