We’re looking for a finance and accounting professional to strengthen finance operations at a growing NBFC and digital lending business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain books of accounts using Tally Prime.
• Perform loan management system (LMS) reconciliation and ensure accurate financial records.
• Handle credit bureau reporting and RBI-related compliance.
• Manage LSP agreements, legal documentation, and financial records.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for accounting and finance operations.
• Support audits, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.
Requirements:
• B.Com/M.Com with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Experience in NBFC, fintech, digital lending, or loan accounting is preferred.
• Knowledge of RBI compliance, credit bureau reporting, and LMS reconciliation will be an advantage.
• CA/CMA/CS (pursuing or discontinued) and LLB candidates are welcome.
