Job Description - PRT Teacher (Primary Teacher)

Position : PRT Teacher (Primary Teacher) Department : Academics Location : Ignited Minds International Public School Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Teach students of primary classes (Grade 1 to Grade 5) following the school curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials to make learning engaging.
- Develop students’ basic skills in reading, writing, mathematics, and communication .
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment .
- Assess students through tests, assignments, and classroom activities .
- Monitor and record students’ academic progress and behavior .
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance .
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities .




- Support the overall development of students’ creativity, confidence, and social skills .

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.) with B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. :

- CTET / State TET qualification preferred.

- Minimum 1-3 years teaching experience in primary classes (freshers may also apply).

Required Skills :

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi .
- Solid classroom management skills .
- Ability to use modern teaching methods and digital tools .
- Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching.
- Ability to handle young children effectively .

Salary

- As per school norms and experience .

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
