Looking for (Non Local Primary and Middle school teachers) from North and North east regions

Primary and Middle Teachers are responsible for handling one class throughout the year, ensuring the overall academic, emotional, and social development of students. She acts as a guide, caregiver, and facilitator to create a safe and joyful learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Management

Maintain a positive, child-friendly, and disciplined classroom.

Develop routines that support smooth daily functioning.

Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and activity-based learning materials.

Use storytelling, play-way methods, and interactive techniques.

Conduct assessments, worksheets, and evaluations regularly.

Observe each child’s academic progress and behaviour.

Provide emotional support and encourage confidence and social skills.

Build a strong teacher-parent partnership.

Maintain attendance and progress reports.

Record observations and update files regularly.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.





Qualifications

Graduation with D.eld/B.ed preferred.

Experience in primary class teaching

Excellent communication skills
