Key Responsibilities (TGT/PRT) :

- Curriculum Delivery : Design lesson plans based on CBSE & Cambridge guidelines to enhance comprehension, vocabulary, and grammar.
- Interactive Learning : Utilize technology, multimedia, and storytelling to make Hindi literature and language engaging.
- Assessment : Conduct regular tests, assignments, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Cultural Connection : Organize activities that promote an appreciation for Hindi culture and literature.
- Communication : Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student performance.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Hindi (BA Hindi) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with specialism in Hindi.
- Proficiency : Robust command over Hindi language, literature,



and grammar (written and spoken).
- Experience : Proven experience teaching Hindi, preferably in a CBSE school setting.
- Skills : Classroom management, proficiency in digital tools, and excellent interpersonal skills.
