Experience: 10 - 12 years
Education: PG + B.ed
Salary : Based on experience
Roles & Responsibility:
- Supervising and evaluating teachers and education staff
- Ensuring that academic policies and curriculum are followed and meet the standards of the school board or province
- Planning and organizing school activities and resources to improve the learning experience of students and teachers
- Meeting and listening to the concerns of students, parents, and administrators and resolving problems
- Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring school performance and success
- Encouraging, guiding, and assisting student leaders and teachers
