Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons as per the CBSE curriculum .
- Develop students’ understanding of mathematical concepts through interactive teaching methods .
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and question papers .
- Conduct assessments, tests, and evaluations and maintain student progress records.
- Encourage students to develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills .
- Use technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
- Participate in school academic planning, meetings, and training sessions .
- Maintain a positive classroom environment and discipline .
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress .
Qualification
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Mathematics) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. is mandatory as per CBSE norms.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a reputed school preferred.
Skills Required :
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Mathematics .
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills .
- Ability to explain complex topics in a easy and engaging manner .
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and assessment pattern .
Preferred
- Experience with smart classes / digital teaching tools .
