Primary teacher/ Mother teacher for Grade 1/2 /PRT teacher : Location : Sofia Public School, Thanisandra, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Teach Grade I students using child-centric and activity-based learning methodologies.

- Plan and deliver lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020 guidelines.

- Foster foundational literacy, numeracy, and holistic development.

- Monitor student progress, maintain records, and conduct assessments.

- Serve as the class teacher, ensuring student well-being, discipline, and safety.

- Maintain regular communication with parents and conduct PTMs.

- Participate in school events, training programs, and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications :

- Graduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- CTET/TET qualified (preferred).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Prior experience in a CBSE primary school preferred.

Skills Required :

- Solid child engagement and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching young learners.
- Team player with a positive and nurturing attitude.
- Basic proficiency in educational technology.
