- Language Instruction : Develop proficiency in all four skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing) through immersive practices and wide-ranging strategies.
- Assessment & Feedback : Evaluate student progress via tests, assignments, and oral work, providing constructive feedback and reporting to parents.
- Classroom Management : Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined environment that encourages participation.
- Cultural Integration : Introduce French culture, traditions, and geography to provide a holistic understanding.
- Collaboration : Work with other teachers for interdisciplinary connections and attend parent-teacher meetings.
- Professional Development : Stay updated on new teaching methodologies and language advancements
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Education : Bachelor's/Master's in French, Linguistics, or Education.
- Proficiency : Native or near-native French fluency (DELF B2/C1 level often preferred).
- Certification : DELF/DALF certification is a significant plus.
- Experience : Previous French teaching experience in CBSE or similar schools.
