We are looking for a Principal for our Bhagwan Mahavir Group of Schools for Gujarat Board and CBSE.

A school principal has many responsibilities, including:

- Management: Principals manage the school's day-to-day operations, including staff, schedules, and finances. They also ensure that the school follows academic policies and curriculum.
- Teaching and learning: Principals are responsible for the development and implementation of curriculum standards. They also observe teachers and evaluate their performance.
- Student support: Principals counsel and discipline students, and meet with them regularly to discuss their progress and behavior. They also help students achieve their maximum potential by providing a bias-free workplace.
- Communication: Principals communicate with parents, teachers, students,



and community leaders. They also meet with parents and administrators to resolve problems.
- Strategic planning: Principals lead and approve all strategic planning activities at the school.
- Community building: Principals recognize that schools need the support of outside entities.
- Financial stewardship: Principals oversee the school's budget and ensure that it is maintained.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month

Experience :

- Teaching: 10 years (required)
