- Welcoming Guests :Greet people when they come to the hotel.
- Check-in and Check-out :Help guests when they arrive and leave the hotel.
- Answer Phone Calls :Pick up calls and give information about rooms or bookings.
- Help with Bookings :Book rooms for guests and tell them the prices.
- Answer Questions :Help guests if they need any information or have problems.
- Keep Records :Write down the details of people who stay in the hotel.
- Give Room Keys :Hand out keys to guests when they check in.
- Take Payments :Collect money from guests for their stay or other services.
- Baggage Assistance :If required baggage Assistance for the guests is to be provided
