Job Title: Clinic Manager/Receptionist

The Clinic Manager/Receptionist is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations while managing front-desk activities . This role ensures smooth patient flow, excellent customer service, and efficient administrative coordination in a physiotherapy clinic.

Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Patient Handling

- Greet and assist patients in a skilled and friendly manner
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments
- Maintain patient records (digital/manual) with accuracy
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-ins

Administrative Duties

- Manage billing, invoicing, and payment collection
- Maintain daily reports (appointments, revenue, attendance)
- Coordinate with physiotherapists regarding schedules and patient flow
- Ensure proper documentation and file management

Clinic Operations Management

- Oversee day-to-day clinic functioning
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the clinic
- Monitor stock of supplies (towels, gels, equipment basics)
- Coordinate maintenance or repair needs

Business & Coordination

- Support marketing efforts (social media updates, follow-ups, reminders)




- Maintain patient feedback and improve service quality
- Build good relationships with regular patients

Required Skills :

- Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software)
- Organizational and multitasking ability
- Customer service mindset
- Basic understanding of clinic workflow (preferred)

Qualifications

- Minimum: graduate or similar
- Experience in reception/admin roles preferred (healthcare is a plus)

Working Hours

- Typically 9 hours/day
- Weekly off as per clinic policy

Salary

- ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
