Responsibilities :

- Explain procedure benefits
- Explain number of sessions required
- Discuss expected results
- Inform about downtime and precautions

Treatment Plan & Package Explanation

- Explain treatment packages
- Provide cost estimation
- Explain payment options
- Convert consultation into treatment

Patient Assessment Support

Assist doctor by collecting:

- Patient medical history
- Previous treatments
- Skin concerns
- Hair fall history
- Lifestyle factors

Take:

- Before photographs
- Documentation

D. Lead Management

Handle patient leads from

- Instagram




- Website
- WhatsApp
- Walk-in patients
- Referral patients

Responsibilities :

- Respond to inquiries
- Schedule consultations
- Follow up with patients
- Maintain lead database

E. Treatment Coordination

Coordinate between:

- Doctor
- Therapist
- Reception
- Patient

Responsibilities :

- Schedule treatment sessions
- Confirm appointments
- Ensure treatment room readiness

F. Patient Follow-Up

Follow up after procedures:

- Check recovery
- Ensure compliance with medications
- Remind about next session
- Handle patient queries

1. Sales & Conversion Responsibility

Counsellor should:

- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Convert consultations to procedures
- Promote treatment packages

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
