Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the household, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Provide formal and informal food and beverage service, including setting tables, serving meals, mixing drinks, and managing wine cellars.
- Anticipate the needs of principals and guests, proactively offering assistance and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction at all times.
- Manage household inventories, including ordering supplies, managing stock, and ensuring proper care of valuable items.
- Coordinate and supervise other household staff (e.g., housekeepers, chefs, chauffeurs), ensuring productive teamwork and adherence to service standards.
- Assist with travel arrangements, packing, unpacking, and valet services for principals.




- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and manage schedules and appointments as required.
- Plan and execute private events, dinner parties, and social gatherings, including guest reception and service coordination.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all aspects of the household and personal affairs of the principals.
- Perform light maintenance tasks or coordinate with external vendors for repairs and specialized services.
- Ensure security protocols are followed and act as a point of contact for household emergencies.
- Manage household budgets and petty cash, providing accurate record-keeping.
