Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer billing for service, spare parts, and bodyshop repairs .
- Generate invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations using the dealership management system (DMS).
- Collect payments through cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and finance approvals .
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of daily cash collections and card transactions .
- Maintain proper cash register balance and prepare daily cash reports .
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts Department, and Accounts Team for correct billing.
- Verify job card details, parts consumption, and labour charges before generating invoices.
- Ensure compliance with dealership financial procedures and audit requirements .
- Support customers with billing queries and payment assistance during vehicle delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, payment receipts, and transaction records .

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
