Location : plot no c, 4th Floor, Bhairaav Milestone, 15, Road No. 16, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane, Maharashtra 400604 Salary : ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 (In-hand) Working Days : 6 days a week (Rotational Week Off)

Job Overview : We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Customer Support Executive who will connect with customers over calls to inform them about our active health checkup plans and assist them in booking appointments if they are interested.

Key Responsibilities :

- Call customers and inform them about available health checkup plans.
- Assist interested customers in booking health checkup appointments.
- Update booking details in the system.




- Provide a professional and helpful customer experience during calls.

Requirements :

- Positive communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer calls confidently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
