About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Compliance Team as Executive - Customer Service .

We are seeking individuals with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic, energetic team environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction & Documentation

- Review submitted invoices, trade documents, and supporting records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely submission of required information.

Client Onboarding Support

- Assist in onboarding new clients by collecting and verifying KYC/AML documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is complete.
- Coordinate with internal teams to enable smooth account activation.

Transaction Monitoring Support

- Support pre-transaction checks to ensure payments are supported by valid trade documents.
- Assist in screening transactions and associated parties as per compliance guidelines.
- Escalate unusual or incomplete information to senior team members.

Compliance Operations Assistance

- Perform basic background verification using internal tools (training will be provided).
- Track daily compliance activities and maintain proper documentation records.




- Support the team in identifying and reporting discrepancies when required.

Team & Operational Support

- Work collaboratively with internal departments to meet operational timelines.
- Assist the Compliance Lead in routine administrative and system-related tasks.
- Participate in process improvements and team initiatives.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers / Recent Graduates (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, MBA, M.Com or related fields).

Skills Required :

- Moderate proficiency in spoken and written English .
- Willingness to learn new concepts and regulatory processes.
- Good attitude, attention to detail, and team spirit.
- Ability to organize tasks and follow instructions.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
