Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests entering the cinema.
- Check and scan tickets at the entry gates.
- Guide customers to their audi/screen and seats .
- Assist guests with queries related to movie timings, screens, and facilities .
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in lobby, auditoriums, and common areas.
- Support Food & Beverage counters during rush hours if required.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort inside the theatre.
- Report any issues or customer complaints to the Duty Officer / Supervisor .
- Follow company policies and theatre operational standards.
Qualification
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass :
- Freshers can apply
Job Type : Part time
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 54 per week
