Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and English.
- Valuable listening and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
