Location :Okhla Phase III, for now after 1 or 2 month company will relocate to gurgaon

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. This role involves handling customer queries, coordinating with operations, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for customers using our scrap pickup and recycling services.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with scrap pickup scheduling, service details, and pricing information
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth pickup and service delivery
- Educate customers about scrap segregation, pricing, and recycling processes
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback
- Support process improvement and documentation
- Identify common customer issues and suggest improvements





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus)
- Robust interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in customer support or call center roles
- Familiarity with waste management or recycling industry
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and support tools
