Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and promote the company's products and services
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their purchases
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide customers with the best shopping experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:





- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Knowledge of luxury watches and jewelry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer skills
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
