Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries related to memberships, bookings, holidays, payments, and services
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow up with customers for issue resolution and feedback
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer experience
- Update customer records and interaction details in CRM system
- Maintain skilled communication and positive attitude with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Customer handling skills mandatory
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
