Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage client communication, handle customer queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, especially in post-sales and service support operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns related to products and services
- Provide after-sales service support and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally




- Ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding to post-sales service
- Maintain proper documentation and customer records
- Achieve high customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Required Qualifications

- Graduate / BBA preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer handling and problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer and CRM handling skills
- Professional attitude with service orientation
- Preferred Background : Marketing / Customer Support
