Consolidated Compensation Package

- Annual CTC :₹3,00,000 - ₹11,500,000** (Based on experience, process, and domain expertise).

- Additional Benefits :

- Performance Bonus & Monthly Incentives (up to ₹6,000).

- Night Shift Allowances.

- 25% Hike on last documented CTC for lateral entries.

We have specialized opportunities across five distinct units:

- UAE Banking Operations (CL-11) : High-end blended process for senior banking professionals (Min. 1 year banking exp. mandatory).
- Sunshine Voice (Citi) :



Premium banking support for freshers (CL-12) and experienced (CL-11) professionals.
- Liberty Global (US Voice) : 24/7 US rotational support for a leading global telecom brand.
- Spirit Premium (Airlines) : International customer service based in Noida (Day shifts available for females).

Who We Are Looking For

- Education : Graduate (Mandatory for most; UG with experience considered for specific roles).
- Note: No BE/B.Tech for Liberty Global; B.Tech is eligible for Thunder Chat.
- Skills : Exceptional verbal and written English communication (Versant 55-62 benchmarks).
- Typing : Minimum 20-35 WPM (Based on process).
- Flexibility : Comfortable with 5-day working and 24/7 rotational shifts .

Job Types : Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
