Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage the customer support team
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and escalations
- Monitor team performance and maintain service quality
- Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
- Prepare reports and drive continuous process improvements

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in customer support, with team handling experience
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage escalations
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is preferred
