Job Summary: Job Responsibilities and Duties: Providing Customer support International user (Region from all continents)

Candiate should have knowledge in forex (scale medium)

should possess the knowledge like how to trade and what are the things needed to basic trading.

he should possess the forex market knowledge and how the market is moving

should have knowledge to check the ecnonomic news and impact they are going to create in the current trade that is running.

should know the key technical terms in forex.

should able to guide the user what to do with current released signal.

should able to guide the user on how to trade

Answers customer queries online regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.

Handling of B2C international customer from all parts of the world, providing technical support on time

Ability To Multi-Task, Prioritize, And Manage Time Effectively

Excellent written English communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Handling Social Media such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.





Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client.

Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.

Job Qualification and Skills: Computer Science or IT graduate or any economic or finance graduate. Higher Grade Typing (Minimum 40 Words Per Minute).

Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.

Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends.

Familiarity with WordPress

Salary : ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
