Responsibilities :

- Handle and resolve support requests from international clients, maintaining professionalism, empathy, and explicit communication.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolution details in the CRM system, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns while adhering to company policies and service standards.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and policies to deliver efficient and accurate support.
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes based on customer feedback and recurring issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully resolved and provide additional assistance when required.
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support,



and Product teams to ensure timely issue resolution and deliver customer solutions.

Requirements :

- 2-3 years of experience in customer support, international customer service, or helpdesk roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and customer support tools.
- Ability to work with customers across different time zones and cultures.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills.

Note :

- Must be based in Coimbatore and able to work from the office

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
