Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with queries and provide accurate solutions
- Resolve customer issues while ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Provide detailed information about the company products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions




- Stay updated with company processes, policies, and product knowledge
