Key Responsibilities

- Provide phone/chat support to customers for our software product lines (training provided).
- Assist in product inquiries and support sales efforts.
- Understand customer requirements and provide effective product guidance.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Who Should Apply?





- Have excellent spoken English skills.
- Possess basic computer knowledge , especially Microsoft Windows OS.
- Are quick learners with a passion for customer service.
- Can work comfortably in early morning shifts .
- Have 0-1 year of experience (freshers welcome!).
- Previous customer support experience is a plus.
