Job Summary : We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer enquiries, CRM data, order tracking, and client coordination . The role involves working closely with sales, accounts, and vendors to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.

Location : Madhapur, Hyderabad Employment Type : Full-Time | Direct Payroll

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and update CRM customer records and client data :

- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and order tracking :

- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, orders, and deliveries :

- Support invoice entry and documentation in Tally Prime :

- Prepare sales reports, customer reports, and MIS reports :

- Maintain proper documentation and communication with clients

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field :

- 1-3 years experience in Customer Relationship Management, CRM, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination :

- Working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and CRM tools :

- Good communication, coordination, and customer handling skills

Pay: ₹9,555.00 - ₹31,451.09 per month
