IT Gurus Software is hiring MBA Freshers (Pass-outs only) for BDE (SaaS Sales) Intern and Customer Support Intern roles. This is a paid internship designed to provide practical exposure and hands-on learning in a professional SaaS environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

BDE (SaaS Sales) Intern

- Cold calling and initial customer interaction
- Understanding client requirements and pitching solutions
- Maintaining lead and follow-up records
- Supporting the sales team in day-to-day activities

Customer Support Intern

- Providing timely and accurate resolutions to customers
- Coordinating with internal teams when required
- Maintaining customer interaction records
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA Fresher (Any Specialization)
- Only MBA pass-outs are eligible to apply




- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Hindi speaking is mandatory for Customer Support role
- Ability to speak the local language of the respective location is preferred
- Comfortable working in a remote (WFH) setup
- Immediate joiners preferred

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace)
