Attenting Inbound enquiry calls, Maintaining enquiry reports from varies sources.
Positive knowledge of MS- office, google sheets, google forms and excel.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales leads
Explain the products and solutions clearly (warehouse racking, storage systems, etc.)Follow up on enquiries received through Justdial, website, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns Qualify leads and assign the same the sales team
Maintain accurate call records and customer details in CRM / Excel Regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into orders Coordinate with sales, marketing teams when required Multilingual languages and immediate joiners preferred
