Provide information about diagnostic tests, packages, and pricing.
- Register patients and generate lab test requisitions/bills.
- Coordinate sample collection appointments (home collection & in-lab).
- Track test status and inform patients/doctors about report availability.
- Address complaints and escalate critical issues to lab/branch manager.
- Coordinate with collection centers and reference lab for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the LIS/CRM system.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient data as per lab policies.
- Support front-desk operations and ensure high patient satisfaction.
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
