Job Overview: This role also involves supporting marketing initiatives under Tech Guru Store and assisting in lead generation for Lookup Marketing Services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Provide information about IT products, services, and latest offers.
- Explain and promote new updates from Tech Guru Store and Lookup Marketing Services.
- Maintain customer records in CRM and follow up regularly.
- Handle customer inquiries politely and efficiently.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
- Assist in digital and telephonic marketing campaigns.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, convincing power, and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
