Position : Customer Support Executive Experience : 2 to 5 years Location : Navrangpura, Ahmedabad - Work from Office/Hybrid | Remote Work Time : US Business Hours (i.e., Any 9 hours b/w 5:30 PM or 6:30 AM IST) Work Day / Hours : 5 days week - 45 hours a week (Remote after 3 months of Onsite Training - occasional office visits may be required to train new joiners.). Role type : Permanent/Full-time

About Role: Must Have:

- Excellent English communication skills - Both verbal and written
- Willing to work on a US shift
- Should be ready to come to Ahmedabad Office for 3 months to be trained.
- Looking for a long-term association, therefore must be ready for 18 months of commitment period with the company

Responsibilities :

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and skilled attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing the workflow inside and out so that you can answer questions.




- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
