Job Role :Live Chat Executive**

Location :Indore , Madhya Pradesh Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent Industry : BPM / BPO Department : Customer Success, Service & Operations Work Schedule : 5 Days Working Shift**: Flexible (Evening or Night Shift) (WFO)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex cases when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer support while meeting quality and response time standards.

Required Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.




- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Undergraduate / Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate
- Prior experience in Customer Support, Live Chat, Customer Service, or BPO will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible evening and night shifts.
