- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Handle customer objections effectively and resolve issues
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Robust verbal communication skills in Hindi and English Language
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Problem-solving attitude with a positive approach
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred (but not mandatory)
