Job description: Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Lead, train, and supervise store staff and optometrists .
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction .
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays .
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service .
- Maintain visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines.
- Prepare sales reports and store performance reports .
- Ensure compliance with company policies, billing procedures, and store audits .
- Coordinate with the area manager for promotions and business growth .

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.

Experience

- 3-6 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in optical or eyewear retail .

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹43,390.16 per month
