Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive - Farmhouse Bookings

About Us: We are a premium farmhouse destination offering serene stays, events, and experiential getaways. We're seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive bookings, manage online presence, and deliver exceptional customer service from our on-site office.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into farmhouse bookings for stays, events, and corporate retreats. Manage online marketing efforts, including social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads), website updates, and SEO to boost visibility and inquiries. Welcome guests at the office, provide site tours, process bookings, and ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs. Stay stationed at the office during operational hours to assist walk-ins, respond to queries, and upsell services like catering or activities. Track sales metrics, generate reports on bookings and revenue, and collaborate with the team to meet targets. Build customer relationships through follow-ups, promotions,



and loyalty programs.

Requirements: Any degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or tourism. Solid digital marketing skills (social media, Google Analytics, content creation).Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi; confident phone handling and guest interaction. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and booking software. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and stay on-site as needed. Passion for farmhouses, events, or rural tourism is a plus. What We Offer:Competitive salary (₹20,000 - ₹30,000/month based on experience) + incentives on bookings.
