- Experience: 1- 2 yrs.

- Qualification: +2, Diploma, or Any Degree

- Job Location: near Near Badshah Nagar, Maha Nagar, Lucknow

- Salary: 15-40k (per month)

- Shift Timings: Monday - Friday: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Saturday: 5:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Skills required :

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or BPO operations.
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Punjabi speaking ability is compulsory.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and listening skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally while maintaining high standards of communication and customer service.
- Explain company services clearly and effectively to prospective customers and address their queries with accurate information.
- Identify and generate qualified leads through structured calling and convert opportunities through regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services or solutions aligned with their needs.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer interaction data by updating the CRM system regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer cases and service delivery.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling targets while maintaining productivity and communication quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and represent the organization with professionalism in all interactions.
