Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the outlet
- Assist customers with seating, orders, and general inquiries
- Ensure a pleasant dining and bakery experience for all guests
- Handle customer complaints politely and efficiently
- Coordinate with service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front area
- Manage reservations and waiting lists (if applicable)
- Promote special offers, new menu items, and bakery products
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to managemen
