We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our expanding travel operations.

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for UK and US-based travel processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate travel packages, accommodations, flights, and other related services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Upsell additional travel services and products to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding travel arrangements, pricing, and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in travel sales, preferably with a focus on the UK and US markets.
- Strong knowledge of travel products, services, and destinations.




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts to cater to different time zones (UK & US).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
