Company : Eye+ (Franchisee Store under BDS Retail Group) Location : Kanchrapara, West Bengal Position : Eye Consultant Experience : 6 Months - 1 Year in Retail Counter Sales Qualification : Minimum 12th Pass Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹16,000 CTC per month Joining : Immediate Joiner Preferred Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Attend walk-in customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and other optical products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
- Support billing, inventory management, and store operations.
- Ensure proper display and upkeep of products within the store.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).




- 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales, counter sales, or customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a sales mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
