Sales Woman / Sales Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products
- Explain product features, offers, and pricing clearly
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain product display and showroom cleanliness
- Handle billing support and basic stock checking
- Follow up with customers when required
- Coordinate with team members for smooth store operations
- Maintain customer data and feedback records
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Required Skills :

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and confident personality
- Basic computer knowledge




- Sales and customer handling ability
- Positive attitude and teamwork

Qualification

- Any Degree / Diploma / Higher Secondary

Preferred Experience

- Experience in retail, têxtile, jewellery, showroom, or FMCG sales is an added advantage
