About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Handling & Sales

- Greet and assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and bridal jewelry .
- Provide detailed product information and guide customers based on their preferences and budget.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Product Knowledge

- Maintain strong knowledge of jewelry collections, pricing, offers, and schemes .
- Explain product features, purity, certification, and design details clearly.

Store Presentation

- Maintain neat and attractive product displays .
- Ensure showroom hygiene and visual standards are maintained.

Billing & Coordination

- Assist customers with billing and documentation processes.




- Coordinate with inventory team for stock availability.

Customer Experience

- Deliver excellent customer service aligned with premium brand standards.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Requirements :

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with customer-friendly approach.
- Prior experience in retail or jewelry sales is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
