Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet customers warmly when they enter the showroom.
- Understand the customer’s requirement and guide them to the relevant sales executive or section.
- Maintain smooth customer flow inside the store.
- Coordinate with sales staff for customer assistance.
- Ensure customers feel comfortable and attended to during their visit.
- Provide basic information about store sections, services, or ongoing offers.
- Maintain professional grooming and follow brand etiquette standards.
- Support the store team during rush hours or special events.
- Observe customer entry and exit and coordinate with security staff if required.
