- Coordinate with the store or management to solve customer problems.
- Support the sales team by providing customer information and leads.
- Track customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Help in promoting new jewellery collections.
- Call or message customers about new collections, offers, and events.
- Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction.
- Remind customers about pending orders, repairs, or custom Jewellery.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
- Regularly follow up with clients for feedback and future purchases.
- Maintain customer database with contact details, purchase history, and preferences
